The attorneys in the firm have been involved in area of
worker's compensation litigation since the mid-eighties.
The reason our firm pursues worker's compensation claims
is to assist our clients who are legitimately injured on the job receive
the benefits to which they are entitled. In most cased, the injured worker
can receive more with our assistance than he will receive in an offer
from an adjuster for the employer or the insurance company.
Most worker's compensation claims are a result of clients
making direct contact with our firm.
The firm has pursued worker's compensation actions primarily
in the Middle Tennessee area.
