David Day is one of the two  Diplomates in Legal Malpractice in  the State of Tennessee board certified by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, which is the only certifying board recognized by the American Bar Association for legal malpractice attorneys.

When you’ve been wronged by an attorney, you need serious legal help right away.

Mr. Day is also a member of Tennessee Legal Malpractice, LLC, a private owned law firm set up to assist victims of lawyer misconduct.  This law firm is a privately owned law firm not associated with any governmental agency.  Tennessee Legal Malpractice, LLC handles legal malpractice cases throughout most of Tennessee.

As a legal malpractice attorney, Mr. Day is devoted to helping victims of malpracticing lawyers recover money damages for their loss. He know what it takes to recover money damages for victims of legal malpractice and work diligently to obtain justice on behalf of our clients.

Mr. Day  understands legal malpractice. He has  pursued claims against attorneys who have mishandled their clients' lawsuits or transactions for over two decades.  Defendant attorneys have included some of the largest law firms in Tennessee to single practitioners.

Determining if you have a valid malpractice claim is often complex; it takes keen insight, research and evaluation to determine if an attorney did, in fact, commit legal malpractice.

If you suspect that your attorney was negligent, unethical, unscrupulous or otherwise unfit, Mr. Day can help evaluate your claim!

WARNING:  Time is of the esssence in a legal malpractice case. You only have a limited amount of time to file a claim against an attorney who wronged you.

You cannot wait until your trial is over or until your appeal is concluded to sue your malpracticing lawyer.

Filing a complaint against your lawyer with the Tennessee Board of Professional Liability  DOES NOT  protect you against the statute of limitations which may likely already have started running!

Have your case evaluated before it’s too late!
